Recipe Release No. 1

Find out how to recreate one of Sandra’s mom’s favorite recipes, Green Cabbage Slaw Salad, at home for your family! Looking forward to bringing your family some joy with our first #RecipeRelease.

Green Cabbage Slaw (serves 10)



1 Head Green Cabbage (Shredded)

1 Large Green European Cucumber unpeeled sliced thin

2 Large Julienne Sliced Green Peppers

1 ½ Cups Chopped Parsley

2 cups Sliced Celery

1 cup Chopped Green Onion


4 Cloves Peeled Garlic

1 Cup White Vinegar

¾ Cup White Sugar (Sandra uses ½ cup)

1 cup Vegetable Oil or Sunflower

1 teaspoon kosher salt

½ teaspoon black pepper



In a large bowl place shredded cabbage, green pepper, cucumber, green onion and parsley and celery. Toss until evenly distributed.


Place garlic in food processor with steel blade and pulse till chopped.

Add all other ingredients except oil and pulse several additional times till mixed.

Slowly add oil till well combined while the motor is running.


Pour mixture over slaw and refrigerate or serve. (Best if allowed to marinate for at least 30 minutes before serving). note: Cabbage releases water so mix thoroughly and adjust seasoning before serving.
