Pretty in pink comes to mind when describing Catherine + Brad's wedding day! We loved getting to be a part of their special day.

Their menu consisted of an Asian cocktail station during cocktail hour featuring sushi and Thai noodle salad, as well as delicious passed appetizers. Once guests headed into the ballroom they enjoyed an heirloom tomato and burrata salad. For dinner, the Solmson's choose to do buffet style and featured their favorite foods in a Southern buffet and in a traditional carving station buffet. The bride's favorite dessert was cookies, so we did a blow-out cookie display. The party went into the wee hours of the night and we served late night mini burgers and milkshakes to guests to enjoy on the dancefloor!
